GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE ONLINE SERVICES

The terms and conditions listed below govern use of the online services (the “Online Services”) and materials available therein (“Materials”) provided by Transfer My Email (hereafter known as “TME”). The terms “you” and “your” in uppercase or lowercase shall mean the entity (e.g., company, corporation, partnership, sole proprietor, etc.) or government agency entering into a Subscription Agreement with LN. The “Subscription Agreement” shall consist of these General Terms and Conditions, and the standard, transactional rates applicable to you.
- GRANT OF RIGHTS; RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited right to access and use this service to transfer your emails (and yours only) from one mailbox to another mailbox.
- INITIATING A TRANSFER
Before you initiate a mailbox transfer using the Transfer Service, we will withdraw the payment amount and send an email to the Recipient at the email address that you provide (the “Receipt”). The email will identify you as the Purchaser of this Service, and that you are using the Transfer Service. The value of the payment will allow you to use our Service.
- ACCESS TO SERVICE
Only your employees, temporary employees, students, partners/members, and contractors dedicated to performing work exclusively for you (to the extent those categories of persons are appropriate to your situation) are eligible to access and use the Transfer Service. Without limitation, external professional service providers such as attorneys, accountants, outsourcers and public relations firms are specifically excluded from being Eligible Persons. The term “Authorized User” means an Eligible Person whom you have identified to us for purposes of completing the transfer of your emails.
Use of the Online Services via mechanical, programmatic, robotic, scripted or any other automated means is strictly prohibited. Unless otherwise agreed to by TME in writing, use of the Online Services is permitted only via manually conducted transfer activities.
To comply with local privacy, data protection and other laws, no email login information is stored on this server at any time. Audit requests may be submitted at any time, from authorized representatives of email hosting providers or law enforcement agencies. However, there won’t be much to see – just your IP address and when you accessed this site. Your billing information is stored for the purposes of collecting payment and tracking subscriptions only.
TME reserves the rights to set access limits, including the amount of emails you are allowed to transfer when you use the Transfer Service, or the amount of times you are allowed to access this site – especially if abuse of the Service is noted.
